Full Capability Register
This is not a resume. It is a record of what I can actually do, built from what I have actually done. Every domain developed by staying in the problem until it broke open — and then building it so it wouldn't break again.
Network & Infrastructure
- [01]
L.A.N./W.A.N. architecture, configuration, and ongoing management. Built and maintained complete on-site networks for S.M.B. clients — not designed in theory, deployed in reality.
- [02]
Server deployment and management across Windows Server and Linux environments. Two-server environments managed solo with no support structure and no room for error.
- [03]
C.C.T.V. system design and management. V.O.I.P. system setup and ongoing administration. Wireless network design and hardening. Remote access infrastructure.
- [04]
Firewall configuration, access control, and network segmentation. I build around zero-trust principles and I enforce them — not as a setting, as a practice.
Compute & Hardware
- [01]
Workstation and laptop deployment across Windows and Mac environments. Mobile device management and configuration. Peripheral setup and full environment integration.
- [02]
Authorized Lenovo partner with direct O.E.M. access. Hardware procurement at partner pricing — no grey market, no middlemen, warranty-intact and serial-validated.
- [03]
Hardware troubleshooting across mainstream, third-party, and obscure systems. If it runs compute, I've likely diagnosed it.
- [04]
End-to-end hardware sourcing, configuration, deployment, and handoff. Clients receive equipment that works from day one.
Continuity & Security
- [01]
B.C.D.R. design and implementation with hands-on Datto experience. Backup architecture designed to actually recover — not just to exist. Validation is part of the process.
- [02]
Security posture assessment and ongoing advisory. I document recommendations in writing. If a client chooses not to act on documented guidance, I terminate the engagement. That standard has been tested.
- [03]
Secrets and credential management for full organizational environments — software licenses, third-party platforms, access credentials, administrative accounts. Nothing undocumented.
- [04]
Access control policy design and enforcement. Staff security guidance. Physical and digital security practices tailored to the actual environment, not a generic checklist.
Web & Digital Operations
- [01]
WordPress site management and ongoing maintenance for client-facing and operational sites. Domain and D.N.S. management. Full web environment ownership.
- [02]
Email marketing platform setup, management, and campaign operations. Built and ran OMNISEND outreach workflows for an S.M.B. client from scratch.
- [03]
Contact management database architecture. Built a Microsoft Access database for 500+ client records for an N.F.P. organization. C.R.M. platform setup and integration.
- [04]
Third-party software integration and management. Licensing, renewals, access control, and operational continuity across the full software stack.
Operations & Process
- [01]
Asana implementation from zero across a full N.F.P. organization. Workflow design, staff training, governance structure, and best practices documentation. Left with a designated in-house administrator and full operational ownership transferred.
- [02]
Vendor assessment and M.S.P. vetting. I assess managed service providers against a 25-year market standard before referring any client. The standard is documented and enforced.
- [03]
Technology stack assessment and rationalization. I identify what an organization actually needs versus what they've accumulated. The goal is operational clarity, not complexity.
- [04]
Staff training and knowledge transfer. I don't create dependency. I leave clients with the knowledge and documentation to run what I've built.
N.F.P. Governance & Organizational Architecture
- [01]
Federal N.F.P. incorporation under the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act. Full governance structure design including director onboarding, bylaws, and Corporations Canada compliance. Not advisory — executed.
- [02]
Provincial society registration and ongoing maintenance. Organizational keep-alive strategy for entities in transition — structured wind-down without dissolution.
- [03]
Multi-entity business architecture design. Holding company structure, subsidiary relationships, sole proprietorship positioning, and legal separation between for-profit and not-for-profit entities — built and maintained as a functioning system.
- [04]
Mission-driven organizational design for recovery, empowerment, and community engagement programs. Program architecture from concept through federal incorporation to live operations.
Product Development & Launch
- [01]
Multiple software products taken from concept to live deployment — S.A.A.S., F.O.S.S., and free-tier tools across productivity, education, and infrastructure domains.
- [02]
Full product lifecycle ownership: domain management, Next.js and React architecture, deployment on Vercel and equivalent platforms, ongoing maintenance and iteration.
- [03]
Specialized product development including a Hebrew touch-typing application, a universal jargon translation tool, an infrastructure stack mapping utility, and an MSP bridge platform.
- [04]
Label and artist platform infrastructure — site architecture, audio distribution, archive management, and digital presence for independent music and creative operations.
Training, Education & Certification
- [01]
CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist — active certification. Formal grounding in secure infrastructure design, hardening, and operational security practices.
- [02]
Delivered CompTIA certification preparation content. I have taught this material, not just passed it. There is a difference and it shows in the quality of guidance I give.
- [03]
University-level mathematics education background. Analytical and logical foundations that inform how I approach system design, troubleshooting, and problem decomposition.
- [04]
Self-directed, cross-domain technical mastery across infrastructure, security, web development, organizational operations, creative production, and communications research. Built by necessity. Validated by outcomes.
Architecture & Advisory
- [01]
Systems architecture design for small and medium operations. I design around what the mission actually requires — not best-case scenarios, not vendor recommendations, not theoretical frameworks.
- [02]
Independent infrastructure assessment and honest reporting. I tell you what's actually there, including what your current vendors haven't flagged or won't flag.
- [03]
Strategic technology consulting across domains. I cross disciplines — infrastructure, web, operations, security, hardware, organizational design — because most real problems cross disciplines too.
- [04]
Resilient communications R.&.D. — modular, field-deployable architectures for environments where standard infrastructure is unavailable. Currently at proof-of-concept stage. Details available under N.D.A.
Parallel development of modular, field-deployable communications architectures is active. This work is outside what's described above — it's its own thing, and it's serious. Hardware specifications, protocols, and system design are restricted to verified engagements.
